The pledge

We’re supporting Pilgrims Hospice in a simple, trackable way:

• £5 for every review left for PSM Recruitment
  Reviews help us grow and show other candidates/employers we’re trusted. So if you take a minute to leave us feedback, we’ll turn that into £5 straight to Pilgrims.

• £50 from every candidate or client referral
  If you recommend someone to us — either a candidate looking for work or a business looking to hire — and we successfully place/work with them, we’ll donate £50 to Pilgrims Hospice.

It means our day-to-day work directly supports a local charity doing vital end-of-life care.

Why Pilgrims Hospice?

Because they’re local, because they support families at the hardest time, and because so many people in Kent have a connection to them. It felt right to choose a charity that makes a difference in the same community we recruit in.
